That’s right! In the (unfinished) rest of the story, the invention is a prominent part of Nico’s story. And yeah haha. But it’s okay, Sol’s going to the Harvard of the future, he’ll be ok lool
Yeah they were scientists and hopeful inventors! Petra overcompensates with perfectionism, her mom prefers escapism, and Nico is closed off socially. Meanwhile Sol: 🤷♂️ just a dude haha
I originally wrote this chapter way too early on in the story and then was like… I should probably delay this a bit lol.
Yeah she's a bit of a painting on a wall right now. Which in some ways is deliberate but in other ways is also just like weird. Lol. I think my plan was to have her speak up at a seminal moment, but then I was like oh god I have to wrap up the story, and she didn't get her moment 😭. So now it's like man she really doesn't talk!
Zach's my favorite. He doesn't cause any problems, just watches and laughs. And Nico is nothing if not honest! ...Most of the time.

Yeah I think I did one promo thing on the HF discord and then got shy lol. I promo'd it a bit more on some other websites I'm a part of more actively and that seemed to do something, which is nice! But in general I probably don't promote as much as I could!
