This is a recipe for Outback Finger-licking Rabbit
1 or 2 rabbits
1 cup plain flour
3 beaten eggs
1½ cups breadcrumbs
Cooking time: 30 minutes.
Cut rabbit into smallish pieces. Roll into the flour, then in the beaten egg then in the breadcrumbs. Have plenty of hot oil or fat in the hot camp oven When all the rabbit pieces have been crumbed drop them in the hot oil and cook until a rich golden brown. Serve with desired vegetables.
