And we all know how electing a businessman to 'solve' America's economy issues has gone. Excuse me for the reference, but bucking an established system by using an outsider tends to lead to disaster. Not trying to be purposefully harsh. Just noting how ridiculously ideal, and perhaps even naive, this setup is starting to feel.

Feels kinda weird that he's being given so much liberty to chose things for the adaptation. For the most part, it would be the opposite, as script writing is a completely different beast that a webnovelist wouldn't (and really shouldn't) butt into all that much.
