I actually really enjoyed writing this. Miu finally gets at least a slight completion of her childhood dream. she just wanted to paint nails, be pretty, and work in Harajuku. everything went so very wrong. now she finally gets to see it, but it’s just a stop before she goes to commit acts of terror… and at the end, we finally wrap up the buildup to the in medias res opening. A horrible, horrible, bittersweet reunion is afoot.

awwww thank you I’m glad the music is resonating with readers. I actually used action scenes as inspiration for how I wanted to write them. so readers can get an idea of the actual pacing, sound, and emotions of the songs while knowing what Sayane is thinking. and no attacks! …for now

Thank you! I actually really enjoyed this concept of serving tea to semi-sentient beings and how Hana had to navigate the challenge.

and now it won’t be able to hurt anyone else like that.
I like his justification he explains in a little bit. it’s very sad, but he made a decision in the moment to protect Izhari’s tiny bit of joy.

I look forward to reading this one, friend.

thank you so much for the read. I look forward to seeing what you create.
yep you’re nearing the end! I hope you enjoyed your time with my friends and their beautiful, brutal world.
well that’s a perfect, appreciated thing to say!
thank you! yes I wanted the world to still be brutal.
yep I like that through it all, Sayane has stayed a grounded, relatable, realistic person. like what would any of us be like if we were thrown in to such a terrifying world?
I loved Echo as a character.
I believe in you.
it’s been an honor to have you read, my friend. thank you again.
