I see what you mean with the way I describe the panic/dread. I think I definitely abuse describing motions instead of proper thoughts/emotions and assuming the reader knows why the characters are doing these physical things, when in reality the information is only complete in my head. Do you have any particular tips, or just to watch out for it in the future? Thanks!
