Awesome job! I really enjoyed it. I've seen this plotline done before, but I really liked the character development and the pace of the story. Just one thing, the ending seemed kind of abrupt; even though I know you want it to be a happy end, it seemed like really soon and convenient for the rapist to apologize to wrap up the plot. Overall, though, nice work!
