The end😎, or not🤣.

Interesting one all told, definetly fun😊. I think you show alot growth even just since the Gun Hero book before it, I found the prose and pacing alot more consistent in particular, clear sense of narrative voice.
In contrast it feels a bit rushed and vague, random characters that did nothing like the Seargent guy, other who at best add a lil to the world building like the wizards but whom cutting would change nothing (for now) - and well, a mountain of looseends😆.
I saw Shun's betrayal coming, but I also couldn't say thats cuase it was super well established, so much as, who else could it be XD.

That said, competitions do that, espically if you had some irl obstacles 🫂. The fact its as considtent and solid as it is, and still does manage to tie most of the plot threads together by the end - is really good work I would say❤️🔥.
