I think this story has great potential, so I would like to offer two pieces of advice.
First, I think adding episode headings at the beginning of each episode is unnecessary.
Second, the text seems a bit scattered, but I am sure it would be much better if it had a more organized structure.
Please don't take this the wrong way; my intention is not to criticize you, but simply to point out that you have great potential. That's all.
