Given Sandy's reaction earlier, I feel like there is more to this than simply disappointment at not fighting her nemesis.

I hope Lune remembered to change clothes before running in as Daniel.

Unfortunately for you Daniel, you live in fiction, thus fiction tropes apply to you :3.

Also why do I feel like Belliney's Solar System time stopping probably ended up putting the Earth in the exact right position for some wayward meteor to come along and smack into Earth because it was a few minutes out of being able to avoid being hit?

I suppose in Sandy's case, when being "evil" is the same as "mildly annoy and inconvenience people", it's easier to get a job.

What hellhole do they live in where firing an employee for dealing with a dangerous customer is a good thing?

Belliney; when your magical girl companion is smart enough to figure shit out, but dumb enough to come to the wrong conclusions.

Sandy was totally only here for some cake. She just can't hide her real identity to save her life.

Thought for a second that Jack actually ended up getting a case of the screaming shits and ended up stuck in the bathroom.

Probably too occupied with her "celestial business" to commit to Magical Girl work.

Ah, the frustration of wanting independence, but also being too stubborn to accept help when you really need it and that same stubbornness getting in the way. Too relatable.

Sandy took her villainy lessons at Doofenshmirtz Evil Seminar apparently...
Must have been the nightly course. They cover the basics and bum rush the content.

Well, I technically got what I noted in my previous comment.

"I kinda want whatever made the Cat God exist to give the Cat God a taste of it's own medicine, and force it to realize just how utterly it lacks any real understanding of how double-edged it's "blessings" really are.

Like maybe it turns out the Cat God has actually been badly screwing up whatever it was supposed to be doing all this time for thousands of years, and now it has to pay the price itself for it's own abuse of it's power. With plenty of whining and stubborn denial on it's part for schadenfreude of course."
-Chapter 35 comment

Though it seems to have come with a bit of a monkey's paw situation.😞
