I think this is a great first chapter, I definitely could not predict what was going to happen and it made me laugh quite a bit. The beggar's dialogue was great and Ryusaki saying he liked it was hilarious. I also love the characterization of Ryusaki and his Maki-chan obsession. I look forward to reading the rest, you should definitely lean into the humor, I think it's your strong point 😊
