Prologue Part Two: Awakening of Grand Age

Sorry for the wait people (^^|||) Prologue 2 will be introducing an event that occurred during the crystalline meteorite incident and a side character that will appear in the future chapters ;) Hope y'all will give me support by commenting on which areas I can improve on and liking Genesis of Matter!!!

Tokyo. The bustling capital of Japan. The population is always busy and the streets are mostly packed. However, they are so busy that they do not seem to notice the mysterious hooded figure standing atop the Tokyo Tower, gazing upon the bustling streets and lights of the billboards illuminating the pitch-black sky.

The hooded figure reached into the inside of the hood and took out a round metal that has different sized and coloured crystals embedded on the front like a mosaic. The hooded figure nudged a small button on the side of the metal. The top half of the metal flipped open, to reveal a watch face with number-shaped crystals embedded onto it.

The hooded figure looked at the pocket watch, as if checking the arrival time of the next train. However, the crystals on the watch face were emitting a soft glow. The hooded figure lifted her head up, to see a faint green object descending at an increasing rate towards Tokyo.

The hooded figure raised her left hand to her ear and said
"Apocalypseが始まりました" [The Apocalypse has started]

A rasping voice replied
"了解. お疲れ様でした, 明美清子" [Roger that. Thank you for your hard work, Akemi Kiyoko]

With that said, she closed her pocket watch and observed the chaos unfold. Masses of flesh and bone began shoving each other out of the way to get to a safe place, after realising a meteorite was hurtling down on them.

A few moments later, the meteorite crashes down into Shiba Park, causing anything within a 400m radius to be vaporised and sending waves of dust and debris through the capital. Bodies were sent flying in every direction, blood painted the walls red and the stench of blood and death filled the air.

Akemi Kiyoko lifted her pocket watch towards her forehead and chanted, "Gate: Order of Sig". In a flash, her body was engulfed by the light emitting from the crystals and vanished, leaving just a trace of smoke and scorched iron at the tip of the Tokyo Tower, marking the start of a chaotic era.
