Intermission Side Story - Death Incarnate (Part 1)

This is a Sasha-focused side story and besides the first few scenes, it actually takes place after the ending of the first Beyond The Stars. Not only that, but there will be some new lore reveals. This side story is canon. Once the BTS sequel reaches the point where it takes place after the end of the first BTS, I will probably move this side-story to that point in the chapter ordering.

This movie side story takes place primarily after the ending of the first BTS (Chapter 574), it should not be read until then.

Scene 1

*There is fog everywhere. Two adult women and a child are walking up some steps. Up close, it can be seen that they are the Dark Goddess Dakame, Sasha, and Salina*

Narrator: Sasha – Age 4.

Salina: So, who exactly are we meeting with?

Dakame: Someone whom I wouldn’t mind having on our side in the war against Heaven.

Sasha: Why do I have to go?

Dakame: Perhaps you might make a friend out of this.

Salina: But isn’t it risky trying to recruit in the Dimension of Deities?

Dakame: Indeed. The deities here are mostly neutral and don’t particularly care for either side. I’m very selective about whom I offer these chances to.

*They reach the top of the steps and come in contact with a male divine being and a female child divine being. The male divine being has long brown hair and a full beard. He has a gray coffin gemstone on his forehead*

Narrator: Deity of Death – Anubis.

*The child dark divine being has brown hair in a short ponytail. Both of them are wearing white robes*

Narrator: Daughter of Anubis – Kebechet.

Anubis: So the Dark Goddess has finally come. You’re making a big risk in trying to reach out to a deity.

Dakame: That is true. However, I believe that you are one of the ones worth taking the risk on. Your powers would be a very useful asset in my war against Heaven.

Anubis: You’ve made a good choice. While most in this dimension like neither side, I do like you. Both you and I like death. A peaceful world does not interest me.

*While Dakame and Anubis talk, Kebechet stares at Sasha, though, Sasha doesn’t look interested in either of them. Anubis and Dakame take notice of Kebechet looking at Sasha*

Anubis: It seems like my daughter has taken an interest in your daughter, Dakame.

Dakame: Sasha, you should introduce yourself to his daughter.

*Dakame gives Sasha a little push forward on the back, causing Sasha to take some steps toward Kebechet*

Anubis: You too, Kebechet.

*Kebechet looks fixated on Sasha as she walks toward her. Kebechet smiles as she holds out her hand while Sasha just has an uninterested expression*

Kebechet: Hi, my name is Kebechet. But you can just call me Kebba.

*Kebba continues to smile and Sasha finally starts to slowly hold out her hand. However, that was just a fake and Sasha uses her hand to slash Kebba’s right arm. Kebba screams in pain as blood flows out from the major wound on her arm. Sasha licks the blood off of her fingertips and then has a sadistic look on her face*

Sasha: Your blood tastes good, Kebba. I might try to remember your name.

*Kebba is on the ground, crying in pain, as the blood still flows out of her arm*

Dakame: A killing attempt does not need to be your first interaction with everyone, Sasha! I apologize for this, Anubis.

*Anubis does not look angry*

Anubis: Actually, I’m impressed. That’s the kind of thing I like. The desire to cause death and torment.

*Anubis looks at his daughter who is in agony*

Anubis: You could learn a lot from Sasha, Kebba.

*Kebba continues to scream and cry in agony. While Dakame and Anubis continue to talk, Sasha wanders off and Salina doesn’t notice as she can’t help but look at what has happened to Kebba*

Scene 2

*Sasha wanders into the fog all alone but she looks unfazed by it. She hears deathly moans. She comes up to two trees and hears two different deathly moans*

Deathly Moan 1: Turn left or die!

Deathly Moan 2: Turn right or die!

Sasha: I don’t adhere to random voices like you.

*Sasha doesn’t turn left or right and instead keeps going straight. She continues to hear deathly moans*

Various Deathly Moans: Turn away! Be tormented! Become damned! You will be lost forever! Your darkest days are here! You will never see the light again! Your coffin awaits!

*Sasha keeps going and smirks*

Sasha: All you voices make me want to do is keep going. You don’t dictate death and torment. I do.

*Sasha’s demonic aura comes out from her body as she keeps walking and, suddenly, she enters a small area that is not foggy. There is a large tombstone with a coffin emblem on it. Sasha just stares at it and soon hears a deathly moan from the tombstone*

Deathly Moan: You counter death with your own! You are worthy!

*The tombstone glows with power and then energy in the shape of an undetailed face shoots out from the tombstone which then flows into Sasha. Sasha’s eyes open wide as she starts to glow with that same energy. The whole area becomes foggy and Sasha falls unconscious*

Narrator: And so, even at the young age of 4, Sasha overpowered the spirits of death and claimed their power as her own.

Scene 3

*Sasha wakes back up on the pathway they used to get to Anubis and Kebechet. Salina helps her sit up*

Salina: Are you okay, Princess Sasha!?

Sasha: My head hurts.

Salina: What happened!? Why did you wander off!?

*Sasha doesn’t answer and just looks at her right hand*

Dakame: You’re strong for your age, but this is no place to randomly go for a walk.

Sasha: Something feels different.

Dakame: Come. We’re done here.

*Dakame starts walking and Salina helps Sasha up and they start walking*

Scene 4

Narrator: It wouldn’t be long until Sasha found out what exactly happened to her.

*Back in Hell, Sasha has gathered some demons into a small area. The demons are terrified as Sasha has a sadistic look on her face*

Male Demon 1: Please have mercy, Princess Sasha!

Sasha: I can’t do that. My Hellhounds need to be fed someone’s insides and you know how much I love my Hellhounds.

*Sasha licks her lips and then starts carving out the insides of some of the demons and they die. Suddenly, Sasha’s head starts hurting and she puts her right hand on her forehead. Her eyes are wide open*

Sasha: What’s happening!?

*A small undetailed face shoots out from Sasha and starts moaning as it flies around the room. The demons look like they don’t know what’s going on*

Male Demon 2: What is this, Princess Sasha!?

*A black mist fills the room until the undetailed face goes back into Sasha and then it clears. Sasha hears a deathly moan*

Deathly Moan: Power of the Dead!

*Sasha looks at her Hellhounds and notices they look different as they look even more vicious. They’re all black with dark gray spikes coming from their bodies. They have pure red eyes and have longer piercing teeth with each tooth being about 6 inches that extend out of their mouths even while closed*

Narrator: This is the first time Sasha has activated the Power of the Dead. This variant… Death Hounds.

*The Death Hounds look at the demons with a hunger for death. The demons look absolutely terrified. The Death Hounds start attacking the demons and rip them to shreds as Sasha watches with intrigue. The demons can be heard screaming as they are mercilessly killed by the Death Hounds. By the time the Death Hounds are done, there is nothing left of the demons but limbs, blood, and guts. Sasha stares at it for a moment and then sadistically smiles*

Sasha: I enjoyed that.

Narrator: It was soon after this that Dakame had had enough of Sasha killing her forces and then had her dark powers sealed and taken to Earth.

Scene 5

*Sasha’s appearance throughout the series is shown. Starting with being shown as a little girl with human eyes. Second as a teenager with human eyes. Third as a part of Zeth’s group with human eyes. Fourth as she was when she unsealed her dark powers and returned to having Dark Divine Eyes. Fifth as she was after the 42-year time skip. Sixth as she was during the Final Great Chaos wearing Heaven royal armor. And finally, as she was during the ending to the original story as the Dark Goddess.

Scene 6

Narrator: Nearly 9 years have passed since the ending of the original BTS story. Sasha is the Dark Goddess and meets in the Dimension of Deities.

*Sasha is gathered in front of a lot of deities in the Dimension of Deities and stands on a platform with a podium and microphone. She is heavily pregnant. She speaks into the microphone*

Sasha: I continue to come here because deities causing trouble continues to occur. Earth and its dimensions have been in peace for a vast majority of the last 50,000 years. I know that most of you don’t care about Earth’s peace but I believe we can all be in peace. Even here. The solution to that is for my husband and I to address your issues before any trouble happens. These problems don’t have to continue. If Heaven and Hell can find peace, why not the Dimension of Deities too?

*As Sasha continues her speech, a male deity with a black gemstone in the shape of an ant on his forehead sneaks up behind Sasha to try to attack her. The deity lunges at Sasha. However, Sasha sidesteps to dodge his attack, twists his arms, and then slams him down to the ground by grabbing onto his neck and pins him there. Sasha looks at him disapprovingly*

Sasha: I may be 9 years and 11 months pregnant but I can still defend myself. Also, trying to attack a heavily pregnant woman? You’re pathetic. That ant gemstone is fitting for someone like you. You’re lucky I’m trying to help create peace in the Dimension of Deities or I would have carved out your insides and fed them to my Hellhounds.

*She lets go of the deity*

Sasha: Go! Get out of here!

*The deity gets up and runs away. Sasha walks back up to the podium*

Sasha: Sorry about that. That’s the—

*Sasha is interrupted as the deities in attendance start giving her an applause. Sasha looks surprised by the applause*

Sasha: (Thinking) Maybe we really are finally getting somewhere in making peace with the Dimension of Deities.

*There is one deity in the audience who is not applauding. The deity is a woman who has her hair in a long ponytail. The ponytail section of her hair is brown but the rest of her hair is gray. She has a gray coffin gemstone on her forehead. She looks at her right arm and there is a big scar on it*

Scene 7

Narrator: After the end of Sasha’s speech. Still in the Dimension of Deities.

*Sasha sits alone in a bar and is drinking a glass of water. The female deity with the gray coffin gemstone comes up to Sasha*

Deity: Hi, Sasha! I was at your speech! It was great!

Sasha: I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Deity: You should get a drink.

*Sasha looks at her funnily*

Sasha: I’m pregnant. I can’t drink alcohol.

Deity: Oh right! Sorry, I wasn’t thinking about that. Why come to a bar then?

Sasha: I just wanted to sit here and listen to people’s reactions to the speech. I need to know how much progress is being made to bring peace to the Dimension of Deities. But is there anything you need?

Deity: No, I’m fine. I just wanted to tell you how great the speech was.

*The female deity leaves the bar*

Deity: (Thinking) I’m surprised she didn’t recognize me. It was only one meeting… but I never could forget her after it.

Scene 8

Narrator: One month later.

*Sasha has just given birth to her and Zeth’s fourth child*

Male Angel Doctor: Congratulations! It’s a boy!

*Sasha is given the baby and she holds him lovingly*

Zeth: Did you settle on a name you like yet?

Sasha: Yes, our new little boy will be named… Alan.

*Zeth smiles*

Scene 9

Narrator: The next morning.

*The doctors are checking up on the baby so Sasha talks to Zeth*

Sasha: I know I’ve been in charge of our efforts to bring peace to the Dimension of Deities but could you fill in for me temporarily?

Zeth: Sure thing. Just fill me in on the specifics so that I can go prepared.

Scene 10

Narrator: And so, a few days later, Zeth goes to the Dimension of Deities to fill in for Sasha.

*Zeth is on the same platform that Sasha was on and he stands at the podium and speaks*

Zeth: I know my loving wife, Sasha, has been the one leading the charge to bring peace to this dimension but she has given birth to our fourth child so I am filling in for her. We have an announcement to make now. We’re going to be opening up a communications system between Heaven and Hell with the Dimension of Deities. Those in the Dimension of Deities will no longer be left in the dark. We haven’t worked out all of the details just yet but rest assured that an open communication system will become a reality. Your voices will be heard!

*The deities in the crowd give him a round of applause. Zeth prepares to continue speaking but then hears a woman scream in the distance*

Woman’s Voice: Someone! Please help me!

Zeth: Someone’s in trouble! This is also something I can do to help!

*Zeth jumps off the stage and heads off in the direction of the voice. He turns a corner and then his eyes open wide*

Scene 11

Narrator: Later that day in Heaven.

*A female angel busts through a door in panic*

Female Angel: Lady Sasha!! Lady Sasha!! I’ve got terrible news!!

*Sasha is alerted to the angel and looks concerned*

Sasha: Weren’t you part of Zeth’s guard for the Dimension of Deities? What’s the matter? What happened?

Female Angel: Lord Zeth has gone missing!!

*Sasha opens her eyes wide*

Sasha: Gone missing!? What!? How!?

Female Angel: We don’t know! During the speech, there was a woman screaming for help in the distance and Zeth ran towards that direction and after he turned a corner, we never saw him again!!

*Now Sasha looks panicked*

Sasha: I’m heading for the Dimension of Deities! I will find him!

Female Angel: But, my Lady, you just gave birth less than a week ago! You shouldn’t overwork yourself!

Sasha: He is my husband! Don’t try to stop me!

Female Angel: But what about Prince Alan!?

*Harmona enters the room*

Harmona: Leave that to me.

Female Angel: My Lady?

Harmona: I’ll watch over Alan. You do what you must.

Sasha: Thank you, Harmona.

Female Angel: But Lady Sasha, shouldn’t you at least bring some backup?

Sasha: There’s no time! I have to leave now!

*Hayden, Rose, and Violet enter the room. Hayden and Rose look mostly the same as they did during the original story ending but Violet has gotten taller and looks more serious*

Hayden: Leave that to us.

Narrator: Hayden – Age 45. Rose – Age 31. Violet – Age 14.

Sasha: What?

Hayden: We’re going with you to save dad!

Sasha: You can’t do that! It’s too dangerous!

Rose: Oh, come on! You and dad always tell us how you always put yourselves in dangerous situations!

Sasha: This is different! You don’t need to put yourselves in unnecessary danger!

Rose: Look, mom. He is our father. There is no way we can sit back and wait while he is in trouble.

Violet: And I’ve been training myself for combat. I have to go too.

Hayden: We’re going whether you like it or not.

*Sasha stares at the serious expressions on their faces*

Sasha: …All right. Fine.

*Hayden fist pumps*

Hayden: Yes!

Sasha: Just don’t do anything rash and make sure to follow anything I tell you.

Rose: Okay, okay.

Harmona: Don’t be rash, you say? Do you realize whose kids these are?

Sasha: Fair point… All right, let’s go.

*They are about to leave the room when Harmona says one more thing*

Harmona: Sasha… I know Zeth is your husband but he is still my son so I always worry about him… Bring him back safely.

*Sasha nods*

Sasha: I will. I swear it.

Scene 12

*Sasha, Hayden, Rose, and Violet enter the Dimension of Deities and start walking around*

Sasha: This really isn’t a place for those as young as yourselves to be in.

Hayden: But aren’t you and dad creating peace here?

Sasha: We are, but that doesn’t mean all the deities have intent to support it.

*As they walk around, they are being watched from various locations. From trees, to building tops, to bushes, etc. Sasha and her children are now standing outside the entrance to the same bar she had went to previously. Sasha has a serious expression on her face*

Sasha: Have your guards up. We’ve got company.

Hayden: What!? Where!?

Rose: I don’t see anyone!

Violet: Me neither!

*A large number of divine beings wearing dark uniforms with skeleton designs on them burst out of the ground, trying to attack them. Sasha kicks one back while grabbing onto the face of another and throws him into a bunch of the others. Hayden, Rose, and Violet are only able to guard themselves from attacks. Sasha notices this*

Sasha: Take the fight into the bar!

*Hayden, Rose, and Violet break free from their opponents and head into the bar. Some follow them into the bar but most keep their focus on Sasha. She notices their matching uniforms*

Sasha: What is this? Some kind of skeleton cult?

Cult Member 1: Not skeletons! We are a death cult! We are the Followers of Death! Skeletons are the best symbolism for death as shown by the Gods of Death being skeletons.

Cult Member 2: We oppose your peace talks! No one is being handed death in a peaceful environment!

*There is now a fierce anger in Sasha’s eyes*

Sasha: So, you are the ones responsible for Zeth going missing. Tell me where he is or I will give you more than just death.

*Inside the bar, Hayden, Rose, and Violet fight the cult members that followed them in. Darkness starts forming above Hayden with glowing stars in it*

Narrator: Hayden’s magic – Dark Cosmos.

Hayden: Cosmos Barrage!

*The glowing stars shoot out from the darkness and batter a couple of the cult members trying to attack him. The attack stuns them enough for Hayden to land some blows on them with punches and kicks. They are knocked back into some tables which destroys them. A couple of bar-goers had to get up to avoid being landed on*

Hayden: Don’t underestimate me!

*Rose holds out her hand as small particles and dust are drawn to it*

Narrator: Rose’s magic – Hell Dust.

*Rose releases the particles and dust in one big ball and throws it at the cult member. The ball causes one big explosion of light and dark and then many small rapid explosions of light and dark. The cult members are knocked on their backs and have a lot of wounds*

Rose: Count on me to bring the fireworks!

*Violet is in a boxing pose and throws a punch. When it gets close to a cult member’s face, magic energy in the shape of a Hellhound’s mouth releases and tears through the cult member, leaving his face heavily injured*

Narrator: Violet’s magic – Conduit.

*A cult member tries to attack Violet from behind but she is aware and quickly turns around. She grabs the cult member and slams him onto the bar counter and then into the shelf with the alcoholic drinks behind it*

Violet: Don’t think I’m weak just because of my age!

*Violet then has a sadistic look on her face*

Violet: Maybe I should give you further evidence and carve out your insides so my Hellhounds can feast on them.

*Hayden, Rose, and Violet gather again. They look around the bar. The fight really made a mess of the place. Hayden rubs the back of his head*

Hayden: Uhh, sorry about that. They attacked us first so please forgive us!

*The bar owner is a man who talks to them from behind the counter*

Bar Owner: Don’t worry about it. I’ll make sure these thugs pay for this.

*With that, the three of them head back outside the bar to help Sasha*

Hayden: Mom, we’re here to—

*Their eyes all open wide and Hayden quietly finishes his sentence*

Hayden: …help?

*What the three kids see is shocking. The bloody corpses of the cult members cover the street and Sasha stands in the middle of all of them. She is covered in their blood with a look of silent anger on her face. Rose falls to her knees and covers her mouth with her hand as she looks like she is about to vomit*

Hayden: Holy shit, Mom! What happened!?

*Sasha still has a silent-anger look on her face*

Sasha: They wanted to see death… I gave it to them…

*Rose finally gets on her hands and vomits*

Violet: This is gruesome! Even for me!

Sasha: These people are responsible for your father going missing. They wouldn’t talk… even as I slaughtered them. You all already know I had a sadistic side to me. However, I never wanted you to see how far it could go. When it comes to destroying my enemy, there is nothing too gruesome for me.

*Sasha goes through the whole event in her memory. It starts with Sasha’s last words before the start of the slaughter*

Sasha: Won’t talk? It’s your slaughter.

*All the cult members begin charging toward her. Sasha pierces the chest of the first member with her hand and then rips his heart out and squeezes it to make it burst. She then grabs the arm of the next cult member and rips it off and smashes his face in with it. She then takes a few steps forward and pierces the belly of a female cult member and rips out her intestines and then immediately uses the intestines like a whip to wrap around the head of a different member and then pulls, causing the cult member’s head to pop off.

She turns her left hand into a Hellhound head and bites down on the neck of a cult member really hard, causing lots of blood to shoot out. She then immediately uses her right hand to swipe at the side of a cult member’s body, causing his ribs to shatter and then immediately uses that same hand to pierce the eyes of the next cult member before chopping his head off with her arm and throwing the head like a baseball which hits the arm of another cult member, causing the bones in his right arm to shatter.

Sasha leaps forward to grab the head again and throws it behind her to block an explosive magic attack from a different cult member which causes the cult member to be blown up by her own attack. She then grabs the cult member with the shattered arm bones and then uses her hands to rip him in half and then she throws the two halves at two other cult members, knocking them over. Two Hellhounds descend from above and rip out the throats of those two cult members.

Eight more cult members remain. Sasha pierces two of them at the same time and rips out their hearts and then smashes the two hearts together, causing blood to shoot out everywhere. She then jumps behind another cult member and rips out his spinal cord and uses it to pierce the brain of a different cult member. She rips out that cult member’s intestines to use as a whip again and starts ripping off the limbs of another cult member one by one using the intestine whip.

She then grabs a female cult member and punches her so hard on the face that her whole head shatters into pieces. A male cult member then tries a desperate charge to kill Sasha with a sword but Sasha knocks the sword out of his hands using only her right hand. Then she grabs the sword and starts repeatedly piercing him in many parts of his body and finally shoves it up through his chin out through the top of his head.

There’s one cult member left and he looks extremely terrified and he’s shivering. He starts stepping back, about to flee, but Sasha pushes him onto the ground and starts pounding him over and over again until his body is an unrecognizable bloody pulp.

Sasha then stands up in the middle of all these bodies with blood and guts everywhere on the ground and Sasha is covered in their blood. She looks at them with silent anger*

Narrator: Nineteen cult members surrounded Sasha with the intent to kill. In the span of just a few minutes, Sasha inflicted the most gruesome kills and left nothing but nineteen masses of blood and gore.

*Sasha’s flashback ends*

*Rose stands up, still feeling nauseous*

Rose: Okay, but what do we do now? We still have no idea where dad is.

*Suddenly, one of the dead cult members starts glowing with magic energy and stands up. It’s the cult member that died by having his ribs shattered*

Dead Cult Member: Well done, Sasha.

*Sasha, Hayden, Rose, and Violet are all shocked*

Sasha: You’re dead! How are you talking!?

Dead Cult Member: It’s simple. I’m merely controlling the corpse.

Sasha: Who the hell are you!?

Controller: Patience, Sasha. In fact, I want to ask you a question. Did you enjoy that slaughter you put on? I knew these expendable tools stood no chance against you. Your natural way is being a sadistic torturer. Why do you want peace? You’ve been sadistic since you were a little girl. What happened to that sadist?

Sasha: That little girl is still me. I’ve matured and no longer live for simple sadistic pleasure. Now, tell me where my husband is!!

Controller: If you want to see Zeth again, come to the Swamp of Death. It’s 8 miles to the northeast of here. Reach me… if you can.

*The energy covering the corpse fades away and the corpse falls lifelessly to the ground. Sasha then looks at her kids*

Sasha: This has gotten really dangerous. You three should go back to Heaven.

Hayden: No! We committed to this mission!

Rose: We understand what the stakes are!

Violet: We will do what it takes to save dad!

*Sasha has a serious expression*

Sasha: This isn’t a joke! If this culprit could take down your father, then he or she is far beyond what you three can handle! And to you specifically Rose. The sight of what I did to these cult members was more than what your stomach could handle. What I will do to this culprit will make this mess look tame in comparison.

Rose: It doesn’t matter! I will adjust to whatever I need to!

Sasha: I suppose there is no convincing you. But if I forbid you from engaging in combat against a foe, then listen to me!

*Sasha then looks out to the northeast. Hayden stares into her eyes*

Hayden: (Thinking) I’ve never seen this kind of intensity from mom’s eyes before. I’ve never seen her before peace was achieved but even I can tell what she intends to do. She’s not lying, she will absolutely brutally kill the one who took down dad!

Sasha: Let’s go.

Violet: But what about this… mess?

*Other deities enter the area*

Male Deity: Don’t worry about that. We’ll clean it up. We heard what happened. We support your peace talks so you must go and save Light God Zeth.

Sasha: Thank you.

*Sasha and her kids head out to the Swamp of Death*

Scene 13

Narrator: A short time later, Sasha, Hayden, Rose, and Violet arrive at the Swamp of Death.

*Sasha and her kids look out at the swamp. Sasha’s clothes are still stained with blood in some areas but she has gotten it off of her skin. The swamp is filled muddy-looking water with creepy trees in it*

Rose: We just need to pass through this gross water? I can do that. Let’s go!

*Rose begins to move but Sasha stops her*

Sasha: Wait!

Rose: What? Why?

*Sasha goes up to the edge of the shore. She bends down and puts the index finger of her right hand up to the water. Suddenly, a strange energy comes from the water and starts fighting with Sasha’s energy. The result is Sasha’s finger starts bleeding a bit. She stands back up*

Sasha: Yep. This is Death Water.

*The other three look confused*

Hayden: Death Water?

Rose: I don’t get it.

Violet: Do you die if you go in the water?

Sasha: To start, it’s not ordinary water. This water is made with a special kind of energy that desires death.

Rose: Wait. The water itself desires death?

Sasha: Basically, yes.

Hayden: So, how do we counter it?

Sasha: By desiring death more than it does. Even the most powerful deities could die in this water without a strong desire to cause death. If you had just done what I did, your finger may have been nothing more than the bones.

*The three kids gulp in nervousness*

Violet: So, what are we going to do?

Sasha: My death desire is definitely strong enough to counter it.

Rose: I’m confident you are right about that but what about us!?

Sasha: I’m going to carry the three of you through it.

Hayden: I’m sure you’re strong enough to carry us but you’re not going to be able to hold up three people with only two hands.

*Sasha goes up to a nearby tree and slashes it with her hands so that she is able to carve out a flat board*

Sasha: You three will sit on top of this.

Hayden: Can I ask you something? Why can’t we just fly on over the swamp on your Hell Vultures?

Sasha: Have you seen how foggy the whole area is? We don’t know what we’d be flying into. And given the Death Water, the enemy may not expect us to go directly through the water.

Hayden: Okay, fine. We’ll do it your way.

*Sasha puts the board down on the ground*

Sasha: Get on.

*Hayden, Rose, and Violet all get on the board and Sasha lifts it up above her even with their weight on it. Rose looks nervous*

Rose: I hope you can properly balance the three of us above you.

Violet: This is our mother we are talking about. Of course, she can do it!

Sasha: Going through Death Water while carrying three people would be a tall order for most people but I can handle it. I won’t let anything happen to you.

*Sasha walks into the death water while holding the board with her three children on it above her head. Immediately, the death desire of the water begins clashing with Sasha’s death desire. Their energies are visibly clashing. Hayden and Rose look concerned*

Hayden: I really hope this Death Water won’t overcome you, mom.

*Sasha is sweating a bit and she is gritting her teeth a bit*

Sasha: Don’t worry! I’m fine!

*After they continue a bit further, Rose speaks*

Rose: You know how you said it’s your desire to cause death that allows you to overcome the Death Water? Well, I hope that doesn’t mean that you could take out that desire on us.

*Sasha looks up and smiles*

Sasha: You don’t have to worry about that. You three are guarded by my motherly instincts. I won’t let anything happen to you.

*Suddenly, Sasha feels a lot of pain and blood flows down from the top of her head and her right arm. A few pieces of skin peel off. She almost drops the board too. The three children look very concerned*

Violet: Are you okay, mom!?

*Sasha regains her full grip of the board. She still looks in pain but continues on*

Sasha: Yes! My death desire lowered a bit there and got overpowered by the Death Water for a moment but I’ve got it back up now!

*Hayden looks mad at Rose*

Hayden: Way to go, Rose!

Rose: Sorry! I just thought it was worth asking!

Sasha: It’s okay, Hayden! We’re still fine!

Violet: Hold on a moment! Does anyone else hear something!?

*Everyone quiets down and listens*

Hayden: You’re right! I hear something and—

*Rose interrupts as she points ahead of them*

Rose: There’s three monsters heading this way!!

Violet: Mom can’t fight them while carrying us in Death Water! We have to launch attacks at them!

Sasha: No! I can take them out! Kids, close your eyes if you have weak stomachs! You may not want to see this!

*Sasha’s appearance starts to change and she takes on the appearance of a feral human/beast hybrid. The monsters coming toward them look like amphibious humanoid creatures that are very vicious*

Sasha: I’ll carve you to pieces!!

*As the monsters get close to her, Sasha uses her now incredibly sharp teeth to bite down and rip out the monsters’ arms and then their throats. The kids can only watch in awe as they see what their mother can do. The monsters are left as nothing more than bloody corpses as the Death Water leaves nothing but their bones. Sasha continues moving in her feral appearance*

Scene 14

*Sasha and the kids get through the Death Water and are back on the ground but the area is still foggy. Sasha reverts to her normal appearance*

Hayden: You really are incredible, Mom. To think you could do all of this.

Sasha: Thanks for the compliment.

Violet: No time to talk. We need to hurry and find Dad!

Rose: We’re in a hurry but I seriously doubt those two sentences make that big of a difference.

Sasha: She’s right. Come on!

*They move on ahead*

Scene 15

*Blood is dripping to the ground. It turns out that the blood is coming from Zeth. He is using Soul Power but he has lots of wounds and looks exhausted*

Zeth: *huff huff* How could you be so strong?

*Zeth’s Soul Power ends and he collapses in exhaustion. His opponent is revealed to be the female deity that has the gray coffin gemstone on her forehead*

Female Deity: This is where you die, Light God Zeth.

*The female deity charges up an attack but then, suddenly, Sasha and her three children show up and grab him and jump away with him. The female deity smiles*

Female Deity: Ah, it looks like you made it just in time to save him. Now you can all die together as a family!

*Sasha’s eyes open wide*

Sasha: You…! You’re the woman who was talking to me at the bar recently!

Female Deity: Yes, that would be me. But is that really all you remember seeing me at? We first met as young children.

*Sasha’s silent-anger expression returns. She does her Moon Pierce Stance and then almost immediately is at point-blank range and pierces the female deity’s heart. The female deity coughs up blood*

Sasha: Don’t mess with my family!

*Sasha walks away licking the deity’s blood from her fingers with a sadistic look on her face*

Sasha: Oh wait, I think I do remember you from before now! You’re Kebechet. But now you’re dead. Oh well.

*Kebba laughs. Sasha’s eyes open wide and she turns around to face Kebba. Kebba smiles even as blood flows out from her mouth*

Kebba: Did you really think it would be that easy?

*Sasha is shocked*

Sasha: You shouldn’t even be alive anymore, much less speaking!

Kebba: I can’t blame you for being shocked. After all, you did pierce my heart. And yet, I’m not dead.

*Kebba rushes toward Sasha, attempting a punch. Sasha uses her arms to block Kebba’s punch*

Kebba: Me not dying is quite problematic for you, isn’t it!?

*Sasha looks toward her kids*

Sasha: Get Zeth some place safe!!

Hayden: But, Mom! We can help!

Sasha: Don’t argue!!

Rose: Come on, Hayden, listen to her! She literally heart-shotted that woman and she survived like nothing happened!

*Hayden, Rose, and Violet grab Zeth to get him away from the battle. Because Sasha was distracted, Kebba punches her hard in the face to knock her back. Sasha gets knocked back into a tree and the tree falls over from the collision. Kebba comes in for another attack, but this time, Sasha grabs Kebba’s fist and then kicks her in the gut from below to send her in the air. Sasha summons a Hell Vulture and flies up toward Kebba*

*Kebba smirks*

*Suddenly, a lot of beams of magic energy come through the fog in all directions and blast Sasha and her Hell Vulture. The Hell Vulture dies and Kebba does a downward thrusting kick to pound Sasha back down to the ground. When Sasha hits the ground, she coughs up blood*

*Kebba still has Sasha pinned to the ground and has her magic charged, about to do another attack. However, from out of nowhere, a Hellhound comes leaping and bites down on Kebba’s neck, knocking her off of Sasha. Sasha stands up as the Hellhound continuously chomps on Kebba’s neck. However, Kebba pierces the Hellhound with her hand and the Hellhound dies*

*Kebba stands up, with her neck all bloody, still smiling*

*Sasha is still in total shock*

Sasha: What are you!? How can you sustain all these life-ending injuries and still stand like you’re completely fine!?

Kebba: I can answer that question for you. But first I want you to answer one for me. Did you get here by going through the Death Water?

Sasha: Of course, I did!

Kebba: You made the right choice. Had you flown above the water, you would have been shot down by those attacks that just shot you down a moment ago. You may have the death desire to survive the Death Water but your kids would have been nothing but bones. Hahahahahaha!

Sasha: Now answer my question!!

Kebba: How do I still easily stand? The answer is simple. I can’t die. No physical injury can kill me.

*Sasha’s eyes are wide open*

Sasha: Impossible…

Kebba: You’ve seen it yourself. And your husband learned it the hard way. Why don’t I give you a quick recap on what happened to him?

Scene 16

*The recap starts with Zeth going around the building to investigate the scream he heard. He opens his eyes wide. Kebba and a bunch of cult members stand around while a few diving beings are dying on the ground. Their skin is peeling away*

Zeth: What are you doing to these people!?

*Kebba smirks*

Kebba: It’s simple. I’m getting your attention.

*The cult members laugh*

Zeth: You don’t need to do something like this to get my attention!!

*Kebba smiles*

Kebba: You see, you are the Light God and a very busy man. How was I ever going to grab your attention?

*Zeth looks very angry*

Zeth: I can tell you are not being very genuine! What the hell do you want!?

Kebba: It’s very straightforward. I want to fight you.

*Zeth’s magic starts charging. He is furious*

Zeth: Bring it on!

Kebba: Calm yourself. You see, I want to fight you somewhere specifically. I can stop the deaths of these people at any time but I have to make it happen. You can’t just kill me and have it stop. If you come with me to where I want to fight you. I will stop the deaths of these people.

*Zeth still looks angry*

Zeth: (Thinking) This must be a trap! But… what if she is being truthful about stopping their deaths? I don’t think I could live with myself if these people died because of my refusal.

*Zeth calms down*

Zeth: Fine… Take me wherever it is that you want to fight.

Kebba: Very good. When we get to the battleground, I will stop the deaths of these people and they’re coming with us so I can offer you some assurance.

*They all start walking*

*Later, they get to the Swamp of Death and there are small boats to take them across the water. Zeth looks nervous*

Zeth: (Thinking) I’ve never been through here. I have no idea what to expect.

*The boats start moving across the swamp with cult members rowing them. They soon arrive at the field that the current battle takes place at*

Kebba: As promised.

*The energy fades away from the people*

Zeth: I see you have a little bit of honor at least.

Kebba: You see, these people are among my followers so of course I wasn’t going to kill them.

*Zeth is shocked*

Zeth: What!?

*The injured followers smirk*

Injured Divine Being 1: That’s right. It’s true.

Zeth: You put your own followers in danger just to lure me here!?

Kebba: That’s right. And they volunteered for it!

*Zeth becomes enraged and charges up his magic*

Zeth: I’ll crush you!!

*Kebba has an excited expression on her face*

Kebba: Yes!! That’s what I want to see!!

*Zeth launches toward Kebba. He tries to punch her but she dodges it and then tries a punch of her own which he blocks. Zeth then lands a punch on Kebba’s face and then kicks her back*

*Zeth readies up a Star Shine Blast and releases it at Kebba. She gets hit by it and it explodes. She jumps out from the smoke with some wounds and heads toward Zeth*

*Zeth forms a couple of Star Shards and throws them at Kebba. Kebba doesn’t even try to avoid them and they cut into her body, passing through the other end. Blood flows from the wounds but Kebba still heads toward Zeth like nothing happened which shocks him*

*Kebba slides on the ground before reaching Zeth and kicks him upward. Kebba yells at her followers*

Kebba: Go back and be ready for Sasha! Destroy the boats too!

*The followers leave the area*

*Zeth launches himself back down toward Kebba and his leg is glowing gold*

Zeth: Shining Kick!

*Kebba gets out of the way as Zeth’s kick makes impact with the ground and it causes a small crater to form. Kebba then gets close to him and starts rapidly punching him. After a lot of rapid punches, Zeth stops her by grabbing her left arm and then uses his left hand to punch her in the face. He then charges up an attack in that same hand while having a very serious look on his face*

Zeth: Goodbye.

*Zeth releases a massive Shooting Star from his hand that moves forward with a lot of force with Kebba pushed against it. It blasts into an area with lots of trees and Death Water and explodes. A lot of the Death Water is blasted upward and then lands on shore where it immediately kills any of the grass it touches*

Zeth: Good riddance.

*Zeth starts walking away until he starts hearing Kebba laugh*

Kebba: Hmhm. Hehe. Hahahahahahaha!!

*Zeth’s eyes open wide as he turns around to look back at where his attack went off. Kebba walks back onto shore and all she has are wounds but otherwise looks fine. Zeth is shocked*

Zeth: Impossible!!

Kebba: Poor Zeth. I guess you just don’t have what it takes!

Zeth: Even if you survived that attack, you should have a lot more damage than that!!

Kebba: What can I say? I’m super strong!

*Zeth activates Raging Star Mode*

Zeth: Let’s continue this then!!

*A small galaxy forms on Zeth’s right arm*

Zeth: Galaxy Blast!!

*A beam of energy blasts out from beneath Kebba which damages her and knocks her upwards*

*Zeth launches himself up toward Kebba*

Zeth: Galaxy Fist!!

*Zeth punches Kebba in the face with the hand that has the small galaxy. He hits her so hard that it sounds like there is a crack in her bones and the Raging Star aura is attacking her too. Zeth’s momentum makes him go past Kebba after landing the punch. However, a star appears in front of him and makes him bounce back toward Kebba*

Narrator: Star Bounce Pad.

*Zeth lands another punch, this time on the back of Kebba’s shoulder, and then goes past her again. Zeth starts bouncing around in the air with Star Bounce Pads to land more punches on her without slowing his momentum. Zeth finally does a bounce upward that takes him high in the air and he forms a Super Nova Star*

Zeth: Raging Super Nova!!

*Zeth throws the Super Nova Star back down at Kebba. It hits her and explodes in the air. The explosion is massive and also causes massive winds that knock over close-by trees. Zeth lands back on the ground and observes the explosion. Soon, the explosion clears and Zeth doesn’t see anything*

Zeth: There’s definitely no way she survived that.

Kebba: Oh, too bad. I did survive it.

*Zeth’s eyes open wide and he is in true shock. Kebba is on the ground and she walks toward Zeth while she has her hand rubbing her neck*

Kebba: I’ll give you this. Those attacks sure did hurt. But they were not enough to kill me.

Zeth: How!? There’s nothing special about you! Your power doesn’t feel like some overwhelming force!?

*Kebba smirks*

Kebba: It’s a secret to everyone.

*Zeth activates Soul Power and now he looks really angry*

Kebba: (Thinking) That’s right. Continue to use up all of your energy. I’d love nothing more than for Sasha to find you as a corpse.

*Kebba then talks to Zeth*

Kebba: You can power up all you like. You are still going to die. I have a very good reason for wanting the two of you dead.

*Confusion mixes in with Zeth’s angry face*

Zeth: Two of you? Wait! Do you mean…!?

Kebba: That’s right. Dark Goddess Sasha will die too.

*Zeth seemingly reaches Kebba instantly*

Kebba: (Thinking) That’s a Blur Dash!

*Zeth punches her hard in the face which knocks her back. Zeth does another Blur Dash and grabs Kebba by the face and slams her into the ground*

Zeth: Why do you want us dead!!? I doubt you have any personal reason for it!!

Kebba: I have very good reasons for wanting you two dead. For you, I’m against you ushering in this new peaceful era. And for Sasha… I can tell you it is very much personal!

*She looks at the scar on her right arm and Zeth notices her looking at it*

Zeth: She gave you that…!?

*Kebba kicks Zeth off of her and she stands up with her power now charged up*

Kebba: Indeed… And I plan to pay her back for it!!

*Kebba releases a barrage of waves of death energy toward Zeth with them all closing in on him from multiple directions. One of them hits Zeth’s left arm and it leaves bleeding wounds all over*

Zeth: (Thinking) She can damage me even with Soul Power active!? She’s proven her threat!

*Zeth starts rushing towards her but the flashback then ends*
