Arno is a nearly century-old skeleton thrall. When he was alive he was a powerful master sorcerer who attempted to conquer the world. Unfortunately, things didn't work out and he ended up dying, only to be resurrected by a paranoid hermit necromancer. For decades he has been forced to guard the secluded labyrinth where his master resides. One day an extremely cheerful and very naive girl named Erika stumbles into the labyrinth. She claims to be a sorceress who is "pretty good at magic." Arno decides to trick her into making a pact with him, which binds the two together, making Erika, Arno's new master. During their escape from the dungeon, Arno realizes very quickly that he may have just bound himself for a lifetime to a complete idiot!
9/2/23- I did a pretty hefty revision to Volume 1. A lot of stuff was reworded, as well as a lot of redundancy removed. I also removed the two lengthy chapters that just spewed out all of the world details, as well as Arno's backstory. Those details are going to be introduced more subtly through out the volumes going forward rather than dumping it all out at once.
9/3/23- I finished minor revisions in Volume 2 and will begin posting the remaining chapters of the volume over the few weeks.
