Love's Fragile Pulse

Hiroshi is a high schooler who was involved in an accident and now has amnesia and a slightly fractured heart, but he isn't aware of it. He doesn't remember much apart from his family and friends. He doesn't even remember his girlfriend and he is trying to regain some of his memories back.
