An 18-year-old boy named Adam just finished high school and was waiting to be accepted into university. While waiting for the acceptance, his family decides to visit his grandparents' house.
During his visit, Earth is attacked by the nefarious Bloodened civilisation. Adam tries to survive this apocalypse, but gets caught by one of the Bloodened captains. Now, a mysterious spacecraft lands near Adam and wanderers come out of it, and save Adam. They tell him that most of the population on earth is extinct, and only 5 people from the whole planet made it out alive. The wanderers tell Adam that if he wanted to live, Adam had to come with them to the wanderers' Headquarters, which is on a completely different planet and in a different galaxy.
