Odd One

Society has deemed relationships as a staple of everyday life... Being in the workplace, school, family meetings and what not. But for me, Miyashita Makoto, that isn't the case.

Ever since I was little, the things society has deemed important, for me, aren't. There are too many things and ways to cover up the truths of what people have deep down in them and for me, that is noticeable at first glance.

I tried to stray away from anything that can make me have to be involved in anything like that, but ever since the start of my second year of high school, Morino Katsumi has been trying to drag me into the world of human relationships.

What awaits me in this story of countless falsehoods of humanity and experiences that try to change my way of thinking? Will she be able to make me see that there is more to life than meets the eye, or will I simply be disappointed about what I see?

That is something that even I, don't know the results of.

A story created for the sole intent of portraying the many things that society has to offer as well as how some cope with everyday life. Be it in a positive or negative manner and the different thought processes of two complete polar opposite characters.
