A one year time skip, everyone is doing what they love, and Nao and Takashi are as adorable as ever 
A farewell to Inari too, as well as the most epic of lines in the end
“I just hit her with a ball” 🥹 That this line is actually the last line made me feel weirdly emotional at the comical but wholesome feel of “we’ve come a long way man” 🥹
You know, I’m not good with expressing MY feelings (as opposed to fictional characters) about works but I’ll try.
This story has been truly one that you will stay with me. Like you said, the goal was to inspire change in people and give the needed motivation all while showing how love can conquer. And I think if there’s any story that did it right it’s this one. I can remember so many memorable parts that shaped this story along the way, and that came back to hit you with a bang in so many more ways than just one. I feel like you created a piece that can stand proudly in every site, or bookshelf and have a strong presence. I think the fun you had with it, alongside your emotions shined through while writing. When reading this, I know it sounds odd but at times I felt like home. I felt like I wanted to run at times, others to cry and also to cheer. I hope I’m not boring anyone here, but formally, congratulations Shu, I’m very glad to have witnessed this journey! Best of luck for the contest my friend, you deserve the best ❤️
