It probably doesn't, but this ended up being the story I wanted to write. Honestly, when I read "real world," my mind just went to what the main character considers the "real world" rather than our world, though that could've been because I've been on a different real worlds binge in isekai.

Either way, I'm having fun, and definitely not tired, writing a chapter after work every day. I do enjoy the themes HF provides, though I wish they would let me use the world I'm already building up across the other stories.

In the original 'choose your own adventure' that I wrote this for, the Crimson Devastation was basically a person so obsessed with research that she basically didn't care about anything else, which was why she didn't bother with clothes. The only reason she put on the lab coat was that the slightly chilled wind from being so high was a bit too distracting.

I tried to think of the most Western thing that could be considered chunibyo, and that instantly came to my mind.

And yeah, the multiple quotations means multiple people are saying it, one per person with a max of four for a group. That's how I learned to express it anyway. No idea if there's a better way.

Yep yep. All the stories take place in the same world, so the history and plot for each are interwoven. With how much I've written so far, a lot of the stories will have one or two plot points from another.

Though, of course, you shouldn't need to know the other stories to enjoy this one. It's just purely for worldbuilding this giant universe of at least 100 stories I'm going for.
