This is a cool premise! I would like to read a book with this prompt. The synopsis leaves some questions, though. Some of them are good, but others are puzzling. I know that there can be multiple leading characters in the book, but I’m not sure that we can have two protagonists in one book, especially in the genre of harems. Are brothers the protagonists of the different novels? I know that the question is answered in the first chapter, but I do believe that the synopsis would be better being as clear as possible to attract readers.
I liked the characterization so far. Having a rival character really benefits your protagonists. Now I wonder why don’t more harem stories have a rival?
A sassy maid is the one thing you need to pull me in. And their banter with the main character is lively and amusing.
Overall, I’m getting major Konosuba vibes from the first chapters. Plot twists are fun, and I can’t wait to see what major fails will the protagonist get : D
