The main character sounds interesting, but I wouldn't overlook Fordheim either. Too bad he's not for this world anymore, as it sounded like he had something up his sleeve. The writing style is really advanced as well, so I'm looking forward to read more as soon as I've got some time, the deadline's short after all...
