Yup, there are good points and bad points to all those mindsets. Haru's obsession with being "normal" is basically the same thing as Ayame's otaku-dom, just with a different coat of paint, I think.

Theo did the right thing, but I foresee trouble down the line. Luckily it looks like for the most part the paladins are reasonable, save for the one jerk.

Yup, called it. Can't wait to see what's going to happen. Your idea of the Demon Lord as being a sort of Idea of Evil instead of just a monster is a pretty unique take on it.

I feel like this is going to start getting dark soon. First few chapters were the calm before the storm.
I don't like the soldiers showing up at the end...seems like something is about to go very wrong.

I really like this take on isekai- especially with having two minds in one body. Your main character looks like a good kid at heart and I wonder how he'll deal with the pressure of having the soul of an evil being inside of him.
Looking forward to the next chapter!
