One might forget this is a dark fantasy until the dark part suddenly pops up, my bad. 😂 Ren got the Frosty the Snowman treatment, but his healing factor came in pretty clutch. If I regret anything, it’s everyone’s nonchalant reaction to his grievous wounds there at the end, but at least everybody survived.

Kagi really thought she wasn’t getting tucked into the tent too 😂🫵 Lykos passing his blessing was unexpected and cool, but I have a pretty solid feeling he won’t take it easy on the two newbies... The little girl’s name rhyming with his own sister’s was diabolical, you’d think the universe had it out for poor Rokuro.

The humongous tree base reminds me of Elden Root in Elder Scrolls, their society is really neat. 🌳 Although, I sure hope Rokuro and Kagi didn't lead trouble right to the doorsteps of that old couple back in the city, I can’t help but think about it. Meanwhile, the warden arrived just in time to cuss out Nero for bringing them without permission 💀
