Lol. Yep, its not breathable, so it makes you sweat out a ton of water weight. I personally wouldn't recommend anyone do it because it's really unhealthy and a bit dangerous, but if you need to make weight quickly for a tournament it works great. 👍
Lol. Leona made me think of high school wrestling when she wrapped herself in the trash bag. Kids would sometimes wrap themselves in trash bags when they worked out to lose weight. 😂
