There is one thing in Vol 3 I think you'll especially like, so if you want to check out the original, feel free! There are some big changes though from here to there, so reading both will be 2 completly different experiences.

I honestly might finish Vol 4 too, just for posterity's sake. I hate having that as Ongoing and not Finished. However, that one has changed significantly in direction since I stopped. I might even maybe do Vol 5 as a separate novel too since that's currently being made... Then add it on here later... Not sure yet. Or heck, I might just go crazy and write a whole new branching timeline from the original Vol 4. I'm going mad with writer power, Mario, and I don't know how to stop myself.

Btw, I uploaded some artwork for Chapter 45 if you're curious. OH! And I did a major MAJOR change to Chapter 1 too if you’d like to check that out and give your thoughts.

Yep! This is actually, in my opinion, a very important scene for humanity. Yalda officially gets the endgame goal, plus her purpose is validated. I kinda want to find an excuse to put it earlier, but the slow burn nature of the story, coupled with the fact that she's only just now reaching the surface world, prevents it as is.

So, I do have a design for her, but it's not as detailed as I'd like. I have her face and a basic idea of what she looks like, buuuut not a finalized outfit for her. I'm actually working on designing her sister's atm, (Short story project that I'm working on for Halloween 🎃) so I may just work on updating her too.

Also, when you said Mel, I thought at first you were referring to Mel Asamo, who's Yalda’s Uncle. 🤣

Oh, and no. The lady on the cover of Vol 4 is a different woman.

I think there’s more to her backstory added, but I'll have to go back and check it out tomorrow to remember for sure.

The main thing with this chapter that I changed was showing more of Yamin’s timid and mild mannered personality. Before she barked back at Indena and they got pretty heated. This time she shied up when Indena went on the offense, which fits her a lot better.

This story was a trip, Skelly! Especially that ending lol. Jethro's humor and all the craziness was a lot of fun. I think he honestly stood out a lot IMO, and based on everything everyone else was saying, it seems like everyone is on the same page with that! lol

As for the characters: I think they were just a bunch of goofs! Rom and Eddy had such a fun little forced dynamic. One just couldn't stand the other, but they were bound together by some silly cosmic fate. But I think the fact that they were away from each other for a while made it hard for them to play off each other. Jethro however more than made up for anything lacking in that regard, however.

As for the story: I have no idea how we got to the point we did, vacuum pirates and teddy bear people, but I was laughing the whole time so that's all that matters. 😂 I'll flat out say I was along for the ride, because any predictions I made were totally off by the end lol

Overall, I had a lot of fun reading this one, and apologize that it took me so long to get to the end! The other day I was like, "Hey, did I finish Sucky Apocalypse?" Then I looked and realized I had two chapters left! GAH! Theres so many books on here that I realized I haven't finished, so now I have to binge read! (But not now, because my pillow is calling to me and I must sleep.)
