I'm so happy that I read that. You took everything that was slightly impenetrable about Kai and made it infinitely more readable and interesting. I suppose it would make sense given that it probably takes place in a different time, but you seem to manage to keep all of the scientific philosophical mystery with Kai and just made it more digestible, that's really cool.
I still like both by the way I just appreciate the headache free Kai experience this time round.
Really glad that you made Ruri redeemable. she still obviously maintained that sense of sarcasm that you seem to have in your writing but, I don't know she just didn't come across as a massive bitch, which is a plus in my book.
Chapter 9s will kill me forever.
