So, with this The Dawn of the Wish Bearer comes to an end 🌟

I'm not sure if this will be the end of Nona and Thorny's adventures since I still have a few ideas regarding this world (mermerland ehem ehem) but for now, it ends here :)

I wouldn't have minded to write a longer epilogue (Baldurs Gate 3 epilogue vibes talking to the allies) but because of time/words count restraints I had to leave it like that. Next time that I plan a light novel I will make sure to do a shorter draft because this was supposed to be 40k words and at the end I was struggling not to pass the word count 😭

I hope you enjoyed reading the story as much as I enjoyed writing it 💕

In my head I had the final Battle in Baldurs Gate 3 when I didn't realize that I could summon allies and I spent and hour and half in the first area🙈

Celestia made me remembar a mother trying to leave the bed without her children noticing xDD
Also Sylvanie accusing Oreon of taking advantage of her when SHE WAS THE ONE EMBRACING HIM. The nerve lady!
"I'm fairly certain princesses aren't supposed to snore like dwarven miners after a night of heavy drinking." Oreon, dear, I want you two married but at this rate with those comments your future wife is going to kill you dammit!
"Perhaps more like...a small dragon purring in his sleep?" NOW I'm with Sylvanie. Sisters are always supposed to defend themselves EVEN if they are wrong xDDD

"...though the position she's assumed - straddling his waist while sitting upright- seemed to have escaped her notice entirely" I noticed this since the very first moment. HOW AM I NOT GOING TO SHIP THEM

And then after all that the chapter ends like this?! And I don't have time now to read the next chapter nooo 😭 (I'll just say I don't trust Grog so probably he's just making up Silas disapperance because he's now with the weird lady that talked to him in order to kill Oreon)

WOW Meara and Vexes' confrontation was intense. There were a few epic sentences there:
Careful old woman. Age has a way of making us forget our limitations."
"And arrogance makes fools forget who they're dealing with."
Of course Meara wasn't just going to be a simple innkeeper, but a Grove Keeper hehehe
Also the golden trio was REALLY tired, because it's strange neither of them felt something was off downstairs. Maybe Orean being human his senses are not as sharp, but I would have expected that the sisters would certainly feel Vexes' threat. Although that being said, after so many time being on alert it's understadable as well that they eventually lowered their guard when finding themselves safe.
Very nice chapter :D

Just one comment though: the start of this chapter is practically the same as the end of the previous one (with Meara being alone, cleaning the glass and then the figure appears). Not sure if this was done on purpose or if it's an error, but if this was a book instead of a story that is being posted periodically it would be weird that the end of a chapter and the start of the next is so similar. I was expecting that this chapter started directly with the hooded figure talking (So still as sharp Meara...")

They have to get married 💍🏩 (and if not, I'll completely respect the author's canon while making fics in my head shipping them)

Meanwhile Frell: "And if you'll get me wet, at least do it the right way." 😂😂

My favorite part though was the group's scheme to learn more about Alpherson and casually saying the next stone was there xDDD
"They obviously have it outside of it or something. In a shrine...?" Frell shook his head very slightly. "And abandonded house...?" They are all such walking disasters and I love it xDDD

"That was it. She hated men. (A few senteces later) ...except for Alpherson" 💕

And daaaamn NOW I don't think he's a widower at all because in this chapter EVERYONE seems to believe that so I have no clue what this hot, nice man's past can be and can't wait to discover it!!

Also there are going to be more aditions to the team?! . Or mayba that doesn't happen eventually because they don't find anything as crazy/dumb/nice to join and Frell, Topaz and Alpherson is the entire team until the end. I honestly have no clue. This is one of these stories where I can't predict AT ALL what will happen and I'm totally down for it 😍😍😍

TBH I was super tempted to make the final battle against the Goddess as an Uno Battle BUT (spoiler) eventually it felt way too comical and the idea was left in the drafts 🙈😂
It would be a twist that the mother appeared "Satan is there" and there was an ACTUAL demon but nope nope, it was just the doggy xDDD
Regarding your second comment TOTALLY: I haven't played Skyrim but I remember playing Yakuza games with a particular tough final boss I was not prepared AT ALL and I was there eating onigiris like crazy trying to survive xDDD
