Not sure what to make of a heavy chapter being your favorite so far, lol. But yeah, this Grace POV is a break from Haru doing his thing. While we see him grow, Grace has been a mystery for the most part.

Building something slowly to have the emotional weight that I'm hoping for is definitely tricky. Things that are mentioned in passing can unexpectedly mean a lot, but it's that surprise in the little things that can make it feel organic, even if you expect things coming.
