The purpose of this chapter isn’t to be repetitive necessarily, but to actually get an apology—because you can’t just wish away decades of oppression in one chapter. We acknowledge that this is still an ongoing occupation of land, and it’s not fair. We’re not animals who go, “haha, you lost—deal with it.”
