Thank you so much for the thoughtful insight and like, genuine feedback. It really means a lot that you got so invested in the work. It's so wonderful to hear that nearly every character felt fully fleshed out. I took more time developing everything in this one, so that may have contributed to why. I also made conscious effort to give characters progression, all the way back from the very first notes I jotted down when I had the idea for the novel -- each character had a bullet point that denoted some kind of development, for every single one. Looks like that's a good strategy for planning in the future! Thanks again <3

there’s a reason this novel is marked LGBTQ+ 💪💪

it felt that way writing it, too. I cried when I wrote the previous chapter, and it felt… hollow as I wrote this one. The flow of time continues for everyone else, even though it feels like everything should have stopped. it’s hard. thanks for your insightful comment <3
