For akira I think of Atsushi's actor from BSD.

For aoi I think yosano's actor from the same anime, she got that strength and determination with the feminine charm with it

Don't wanna disappoint you but I haven't listened to music in ages so nothing comes to mind. But I imagen Karaza with frieren voice actor. And Ryu with korapika from HxH voice actor.
Or maybe Ray's voice actor from 3-gatsu no lion (Really amazing anime)
For Roxy I'm not sure but maybe Kumiko from sound euphonium. That voice actor really nails the theatric antics but also in a grounded way I don't know how
