Interesting stuff. In general I do find this an interesting🙌, it has movie energy, like a Ghibli film kinda thing, get transformed, sent to another whismiscal and alien place, meet new folk good and bad and I do find that kwl😎👍.

I will say, as an isekai in an isekai contest, am not sure it's isekai😆. I would suggests thats the source of my lost at sea feeling in the early chapters. It is defineitionally an isekai, a person has been sent to another world - but past that, the stylings of the actual genre are very absent. Focus on protag comes in patches, with more chapters focused on the eyeball imp and Joesph then her. Theres no particular use of any of the regular troops, and the world is less one of the isekai types and more, anime feature film as I said at the top.

I don't know if that's a bad thing or not😆. I think for myself, I would be come in with and enjoyed it more if it was just a novel I came across at random. As a novel marked isekai, in an isekai contest with a very speicific contest breif - I think that creates a sense of distance between it and the reader - the reader is expecting the isekai to start at some point if that makes any sense (it probably doesn't XD )

Anyway that's my thoughts so far, very interesting book, but one that takes some getting into becuase it's not really alligned with its genre👍👍

The transformation has some kwl moments but also alot that I struggle to visualise which I think sums up my feelings so far🤔📝.

You've got some interesting ideas but the prose is very unconcise and often kinda reductive. I also feel a bit anchorless, first a volleyball game I feel was longer then needed, then a gossip session, before the demon just falls out of a book - I can definetly understand opening with their average lives💯🙌, but I do feel a bit at sea reading it

That's a really intruging start! Someone who signs is pretty unique and its a fairly hooking scene.👀🔥

You do sometimes have no space between full stops and next lines, poteintially something to adjust on your next pass or draft🙌👍
