So side note; I've submitted an entry for the Kadokawa Isekai contest if you'd be willing to take a look...
On your chp, I'm going to have to suggest a rather hot take on Ryoko's situation...
> An this time, a few girls were gathered around him.
So the pheromone aspect was always a thing even when he was young.
> I'm an adult. I'm an adult. An adult handles things smartly...
OK, so here's my hot take... No, she's not. An adult (by the time she's 28) has had to deal with life's challenges and interactions with other adults as an equal, using give-and-take, developing social skills, to negotiate and persuade and develop as a person to function as a member of society. Part of being an adult is being able to deal with life when not everything goes your way, such as conflict resolution, compromise, accepting when to reassess and reevaluate, then come to a consensus with your peers. With the possible exception of Akari, Ryoko hasn't had to deal with anyone pushing back against her wishes or desires (at least not that we've seen in any meaningful way) for quite a long time. As a grown woman (aka once her powers had fully developed), she's been able to have her way with anyone and everyone around her, and so far, no one's been able to meaningfully push back. This would lead to serious atrophy in her ability to deal with social resistance or being able to calmly deal then things just don't go her way (and she can't just "tweak" other people's minds to accept what she wants).
