Hm... fish, flatbread, rice, no vegetables. Maybe all that war-torn terrain is hurting their harvests.

Itsuki looking young for his age (20s in his 30s) basically that hard; good genes and taking care of himself. Admittedly a challenge though, living the modern salaryman lifestyle in Japan.

So, "world walkers"... apparently Kiaki knows a lot more about the situation than everyone else.

I know it sounds trivial, but the specific mention of things like gas lampposts and indoor plumbing actually are significant adds to the world building detail of this world, when compared to what we expect in a lot of these fantasy isekai worlds. So this puts this world a couple of steps ahead of medieval and renaissance and closer to somewhat to industrial/Victorian age, if I'm not mistaken (albeit with magic and elves).

Curious that gunpowder weapons aren't present (yet) but I'll chalk that up that the existence of magic would disincentivize the need to develop those (or chemistry works different rules on this world).

So, like everyone else, I noticed the "twink" reference; we're just slipping all sorts of gamer references, I see.
You're doing a good job slowly building your world as you go, organically as the MC experiences it. It's a method I've seen many isekai and fantasy shows use to build their worlds without slamming their audience with walls of texts, which is why it's become the popular way to do it (pretty much the same way I tried).

Ah... always one of the first dilemmas to any isekai, the language barrier. They're speaking a stilted language; perhaps the native language was gifted to them?

So some significant world building on the fly and action going on here. For an office worker, Itsuki's doing very well, though it doesn't look like he's quite had to spill blood yet.

I laughed a little at the self-awareness of this; just short of breaking the 4th wall.

OK, the lady who attempted self-delete likely needs a psychiatrist, which I doubt Itsuki (who said he was an office worker) is qualified. That said, it's clear that his prior loss is what's motivating him.

The phrase of "run to the fire" is an immediate and efficient way to describe someone as a heroic natured person.

So, some very efficient use of prose and descriptors. You've managed to convey an familiarity of the MC and his backstory in a very short amount of time and also convey why he would be so motivated to stop a stranger from doing such a dangerous action.
Some symbolism Itsuki should have seen coming: White is the traditional color of death in Japan.
So, I'm not seeing if you specifically identified the cliffs in question (and no, it's not relevant to the narrative; I'm just a research nut). It's just that Japan is (in)famous for several notable cliffs tied to self-deletion, both in history and in recent times, and actually does have people to patrol some of these cliffs, just like Itsuki for that purpose.

The story runs parallel to "Journey to Another World to Find Myself" (ie, she jumped here when she was stabbed in that world). Both stories are tied to the short story "The Ones We Leave Behind".

Um... this is her company right? The company that she has legendary status with and can practically write her own ticket anytime she wants, and could at any time get the CEO (or any other senior account executive) on a phone call without any difficulty? Instead of all this "Mission Impossible" shenanigans, wouldn't it just be easier to file a memo stating that she's discovered, "...serious fiscal and legal irregularities regarding the finances surrounding the Sonokata deal and that moving forward with that project would not be in the best interests for Sunrise Global Trading as it could place unacceptable risk in our position in the real estate markets for that region..." And don't tell me Ryoko couldn't make this work; we're talking about a woman who could sell refrigerators to Eskimos.

Um... hold on, if this is Episode 6 but from Ryoko's POV, then what happened to Akari? She was a pretty significant part of that episode IIRC (in fact, arguably a very important one, seeing as it was probably the only time she's faced significant opposition as an adult). Did she just edit that part out from her own memory?

So yes, this one is more of a transition chapter. One of the challenges of shorter chapters I've found is trying to ensure each chapter pushes the narrative along briskly, faster than my previous works.

I definitely was going for that abrupt shift from the previous chapter of "I'm a perfectly normal girl" living a completely mundane but happy life to having her entire life flipped completely upside-down, and the visceral shock, especially with someone who's peaceful life shatters with her hands stained with blood (who likely never hurt anyone in her entire life). Suffice to say, everything from here forward about her life is about to change.
