Maybe I should have hinted at it more, but the bandits were already waiting for them and watching them enter from a distance...
I also must admit this part went a bit too fast and felt too brutal... I probably should have shown more of a reaction, at least from Lucius, who acts a little too cool for a software developer who just burned a bunch of bandits to death xD

Glad you liked the ending! I added that scene only recently bcs I felt there was a horrendous lack of sex in this story XD
