This was a fun read. Even if it was more focused on action than relationships, I always enjoy reading a couple working together against a threat, and SB and WK are a great match - and have a great daughter.

I may be a bit stupid but how does that magic circle work. If it's so important that it's perfect and unbroken, even if it doesn't just drift away with the wind, what about people, cars, buildings? I just don't see how he can make it in the first place even if it's, well, magic. Otherwise it's an entertaining chapter.
