Handsome NEETS? How unrealistic.. Nah haha, for real a great beginning. The way you show the protagonist's thoughts is surprisingly detailed and vivid. It feels less like reading a story and more like stepping directly into his head. I could never.
I also love how much of your passion seems to be in this novel. Looking at your bio, it feels like you took your dream you've been carrying and shaped it into a story. Love it.
The only thing where I got confused for second is in the conversation with Tezuka, but that's on me. I’m just so used to protagonists being Japanese. Apparently I missed the part about Los Angeles on my first readthrough. So for a second I was confused and thought Tezuka was American with a japanese name haha..
The premise is also very nice. Like, yeah.. this COULD happen to someone who never gave up on the one thing they loved.
Also, I'm with Zane, pink-haired ones are always the best. In every anime. Besides Naruto, lol.
