Holy hell, this chapter was insane. Elias went from stubborn old bastard to absolute legend in one moment. The whole reveal with the journal, the barn, and then that thing sprinting through the rain? Chills. And the way Giles panicked… finally seeing him crack felt so real. That final sacrifice had me yelling at my screen. This story just keeps leveling up.
