Thanks for reading! I'm planning on cutting most of these in V2 😆

Thanks! I might have to reinforce that a bit more in V2 🤔

In the new version she bonks him less, and he doesn’t want to go home. But he's still untrusting 🤭

First time I've read anything from you, and honestly I'm impressed. Solid start, great character voice, and an intriguing twist. Me like 👍

Why would a debug item have such limitations, tho? But maybe it's preferable to how it currently works lol

Yeah, to be fair, I don't like how this is, either. But there needs to be some sort of limitation, otherwise this could easily be abused.

Maybe I'm overthinking things here, but at this point Takashi doesn't quite know if she even functions as a human being or just some NPC, and I didn't want to get too in the weeds with that aspect, since it'll be brought up later. But I could definitely make this clearer.

Hey, thanks for the mini-review! I appreciate you taking the time to read it.

I agree with most of what you pointed out, and I think it's a consequence of both the very short time frame I had to write this (also my lack of planning, which was just stupid on my my part), and also my chronic inability to write male protagonists (which is quite ironic considering every protagonist of every story I've ever written fits that bill lol). That cascades into his relative lack of goals other than "returning to the real world" trope, and also why this doesn't quite feel like isekai—it's not really about wish-fulfillment, as many modern isekai are. I will say there is something he must overcome later on, but I could have brought that aspect up sooner.

The White Death might feel a bit off because I changed the concept quite late into the writing process. And I took some pains to make the Debuggun somewhat balanced, but it might have made it too contrived. It was inspired by the Debug Stick in Minecraft that can change block states, but perhaps the whole concept went a bit out of whack. We shall see.

Although technically I've finished writing the entire story, I still have almost a month to make changes before the deadline, so this might not be the final version. It depends on whether I do have the time and the willpower to fix this.

That's actually not a bad idea to make Takashi make a comment about how he fell into some weird test phishing scam by some other IT person xD

I suppose that's true, yeah. But she wouldn't be particularly happy being turned into a demon shield xD
