Okay, so I like this chapter a lot. We're getting to know more about Kotaro and his love interest. I sense a potential Isekai Harem (Noel, Mimi, and Riku). Though, I wish you'd put more effort into Mimi because Noel is a clear winner, no debating. Mimi at the moment feels bland. Maybe tell or show us, or at the very least, give us information why Kotaro is in love with Mimi. Is it because she's pretty?
It just feels a little forced there. And onto Noel, arguably the best character in this chapter, she's an interesting character fulfilling the tsundere archetype and potential love interest (yes, I'm going to keep mentioning the Isekai harem. Every Isekai light novel has it).
Overall, the pacing is a little too slow. Not saying it's a bad thing, but be careful on that because it can get boring and people will drop your story if the pacing continues like this. Hopefully, the next chapter spices things up because we're getting to know more about Kotaro and his missing memories.
