So here's my full thoughts for each of the chapters, and this latest chapter. I like to say it's very interesting that you're taking the perspective of the side characters rather than the main characters. It's certainly a new fresh take on the typical isekai stories, but this comment can only go so far until future chapters.

I like it that it's "multiple" people who died from that incident, then reincarnated to another world where they have different spawn points. It certainly gives me some Octopath Traveler vibe here. Of course, it has its flaws such as "who the fks perspective are we in, this time?!". It's going to be one hellvua shitshow in future chapters to who we are supposed to follow. So it definitely has its advantages and disadvantages, is what I'm trying to show.

At this moment, the side characters feel bland. They have no inner demons they want to conquer. It's like they're just got the script, and they're following it. The characters feel empty. Even the second chapter under the princess' POV proves my point strongly.

She just realizes she reincarnated as the kingdom's princess, and now she got involved with a political argument with her father. It's an interesting take that she's the princess, don't get me wrong, but she's just feels "out of place"?

Archie has the worst placement because he just happened to be a peasants and gets chosen by the knights. It's like "what?" Please, for the love of god, give us some time to breathe! Like, have him explore the world more and then he rescues the princess (who happens to be his coworker in his past life), so now the readers know that he's a gentleman or something of those lines. He feels bland.

The only character that feels remotely interesting is the generic main character, Tsubasa. It feels so bias that he has the most characterization apart from the other characters. Like seriously, he basically stole the show (because he's the main character, he obviously has to steal the show).

All in all, please put more effort into your side characters! This honestly feels rushed. To be frank with you. I apologize in advance for being a little too harsh on you, but yeah, this isekai story definitely has its potential.
