I'm really interested to see how the two characters will eventually come together again since you've been juggling between the perspectives so much and giving off two different atmospheres, one far more tense than the last few chapters.

Once it got rolling with the powers/supernatural aspect, I thought I knew the general scope of things, but I really didn't expect also the being able to blink to other worlds element to be in play, and that's really spicing things up. There seems to be a lot of things going on in the back, and I hope as things start getting fleshed the momentum you have now will keep going.

The contrast of the beginning to the end was really interesting, and I'm intrigued to see how everything starts coming together with the more supernatural/fantastical elements.
