Oh no... you're absolutely right. It's embarrassing, but I didn't check many rules before submitting. I was really eager to get my work out there and figured a default image pulled off the web would work fine. But again, you're absolutely right about copyright infringement and I feel pretty guilty about that, as I rightly should. I'll replace the image right away with a wholly original cover. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
