As a fan of android related stories (since I did extensive research to make my own haha), this is impressive. It’s definitely a good start for your first outing.

You have a lot of potential, but I have a few suggestions:

Make sure you clearly state you switch perspectives. Maybe have somebody say his name at the start? Maybe. Because I was confused in thinking I’m still following the Director. Maybe make the prologue third person?

Also I saw a few minor grammar and spelling mistakes, even the best make them, so make sure you iron them out.
