A few days after the London incident, the chess club is once more faced with a crisis. Following a seemingly innocent stream by Iori and Carol, an American politician with presidential ambitions suddenly begins targeting them and their friends, calling for aid from the Broadstone family, a family of witches with significant political influence within the US. To complicate matters further, Kuon is conspiring with Agatha Broadstone, daughter of the current Broadstone family matriarch, to try and take custody of the captured Hagemi Shousen. With so many pitfalls on the board, the chess club will need to play perfectly if they wish to escape this mess.
