The year is 2019 and the world is changing more so then ever. In the year 2012, there was a strange Phenomonon that engulfed the planet. Through this happened, Japan and few places in the world began to have strange occurrences such as, A time-less zone, A Non-exsistant sun. A Ghost city, A Storm Island, An Mysterious Island of only Children, A town with Daily seasons, and a City in the sky.

An Ace Student by the name of Haruka Yanato, living in the Japan city known as Sapporo, City with Daily seasons, and goes about her day before she meets a young boy with no name. This new life she has wandered into gets her into situations that haven't been seen by her eyes before.
