By the year 2150 the world had changed by the virtue of technology, which was now as advanced as ever. Yet, crime and corruption were still thriving, rotting the roots of the drastically changing world. Advanced suits named INDIGO were developed around the world. Compatible with unique people, they gave them special abilities and unimaginable power. William Walker, a 17-year-old who had lost everything, and experienced the woes of this world first-hand got hold of one of the suits and decided to take matters into his own hands under the name of Lyceus. Cruel and gruesome though his methods were at some times, they were always aimed for the ultimate, greater good.
I have always been interested in the many arts, writing, philosophy and politics, so when I came to know about this competition, I thought it is an excellent opportunity to test my writing skills. I have put the work of many days into the following work and have been inspired by characters like Lelouch vi brittania and such, anti-heroes, in short to write a novel featuring an anti-hero protagonist. Although I am mainly competing to put my writing skills to test, if God wills my victory, the publication will be greatly appreciated for my career. Also about the novel, till it is not completed there can be changes to any chapter.
