Hello there, this profile is where you'll find the 'UnderCurrent' series which has become my passion project these last few months. All my books are connected to it but equally all of them are also independent & stand alone. 'Further Tales From' & 'UnderCurrent' are the main books of the series - 'The Girl He Used To Know' (Now published on Amazon!!) & 'Mechanical Girl Una' are both non mecha novellas geared more towards the web-novel audiences😄😉. __ As for me I write overly long anime reviews and record some for the YouTubes. I also read... alot if a bit sporadically, so I might read your book too if I've time! I'm presently working mostly on my original novel series 😊. My cover arts were commissioned from the wonderful Taki's and somewhat begrudgingly by my sister. All likes & critics are most welcome, please enjoy your stay &, Thanks for reading!😊😎
🪶Finalist of MAL x Honeyfeed Writing Contest 2021
The intro of ‘The Field of Ice and Blood’, the short story I wrote for Vocal's $30K contest. I think it's bloody good, *far* better than the Capsule: “The Sun ascended slowly above the land of the rising Sun. The sky was ice crystal clear and the low Sun was so red that it looked as if it escaped from a Japanese flag. The last few hours were dead quiet in the frozen Tokachi wheat fields, in Hokkaido; a male barn owl just finished hunting rodents hiding among the wheat fields and the snow. The owl caught two red squirrels, a crying rabbit and a small snow-white lizuma weasel; it caught its last prey despite having hidden perfectly in the thick snow and barely making a sound. It stood no chance against the barn owl's acute hearing though. It was a good night’s harvest for the male owl, his mate and their four fledglings...” The rest can be read here: https://tiny.one/ice-blood And here is (nearly) my entire web footprint: http://my.bio/sharpedon
I am a manga - anime fan since I was six and my passion for it only grew stronger over the time. In my last year of high school, I decided to create my own manga, but with the exams coming up, I couldn't go farther than creating my heroine and roughly sketching the story. However, as a reminder, I took my manga heroine's name as my online alias. Anyway, when I found the MAL x Honeyfeed Writing Contest announcement, I was very enticed by the idea of having Konoko's story made a Japanese manga. I have never had the chance to write one word of this story up until now. I only drew three embarrassing manga panels 😅. It was never meant to be a web novel either 😂. Yet, I decided to finally write it as a web novel for this contest. While I doubt it will actually become a Japanese manga (too good to be true 😂!), I feel very happy that I managed to write this story 😊!
A few stories had been gnawing at my mind for the past few years. This mght be a a good opportnity to pen them down! Weekdays would be very busy for me but I will be sure to interact over the weekends. ヽ(*゚д゚)ノ
Basically, I toss anything that comes to mind here. These stories might be weird or not that good, but that's just how it is. Also, I apparently can't stop putting technology into my stories so yeah be prepared for that as well. I hope yall can follow me through this ride.
