It isn't a power boost or a buff... In the last fight I didn't focus on the actions and the moves made by anyone... and everyone was acting cautious. But in this fight everyone knew about the powers of his opponent. that's why they went all out😅
Now I will start shiping Julius and Rika. She's the only one that made him act nice and that's a huge thing if we consider how twisted his personality is.
