Yeah. The beauty about systems like the EXP Reaper skill or Guild Funds, is that it's dependent on the altruism of the leader😆
If you have someone in charge of a guild or Faction like Makoto, then yeah the systems will be ripe for abuse
But then no one would want to be under Makoto's leadership, so even he has to draw a fine line somewhere
But if the leader is unselfish, then they will be rewarded in kind with eager, happy members

Yep, I tried hard to find a right balance of wholesomeness with elements of mystique to help keep the story interesting from start to finish
The romance later on is cute too but it unravels more in the second half of the story

Though it seems Sanae will win this war, and the poor childhood friend gets shafted yet again lol
