Now, to answer to what you said, firstly, there were hints about something eating away at Hana, first during the cave scene, then during the โdinner for twoโ and also the fact that she evaded the questions about the English lessons.
At this point in the story, Hana feels guilty. Not only because of the fact she's leaving, but she's also feeling guilty because of what happened in the past. The fact that she brushed Yukio off like that is more in order to portray her inner struggle than anything. Now that Yukio remembers what happened she just can't look at him and talk to him in the eye. But there will a part detailing that in the next chapter. Sorry for the spoiler ๐
Also, the โlive in the presentโ part was another trigger for Hana to live in the moment and forget what is about to happen. But it is true that it may not be that good a way.
